If you’re looking for a fire risk assessment in Windsor, look no further than our team of expert fire safety assessors.
Here's an overview of one of our recent fire risk assessments for a property in Windsor:
The premises is a mid terraced property over two floor levels, located in a commercial area adjacent to the mini roundabout junction of Clarence Road, Charles Street and Victoria Street in the town centre of Windsor, Berkshire. The building is of brick construction, with flat roof, UPVC framed windows, and timber doors. The building provides two tenant demised retail/commercial areas on the ground and first floor. This assessment is for the leasesed areas only, which consist of a front ground access door to an internal interlinking open solid staircase leading up to an open plan first floor commercial area with partitioned rooms and welfare facilities (kitchenette and toilets). External areas consist of an undercover shared access walkway that is accessed via a gated archway adjacent to the front pavement of Clarence Street. The walkway gives access to the ground floor access doors to both ground and first floor areas. The separate tenant demised areas appear to be separated by fire resistant construction and share no common internal areas. The gas meter could not be identified at time of this assessment. Electric meter and distribution cupboard is located within the rea partitioned office.
