If you’re looking for a fire risk assessment in Ruislip, look no further than our team of expert fire safety assessors.
Here's an overview of one of our recent fire risk assessments for a property in Ruislip:
" Adjoined property over two floor levels located within a Business Park in an industrial, commercial and residential area adjacent to Station. The building is of traditional brick construction, with flat roof, metal framed windows, and timber doors. Access between ground and first floor is achieved via either one of three single door protected solid staircases or via one of three open metal staircases between mezzanine level and ground level of the open plan production/warehouse areas. External areas consist of brick paved car park areas, shared paved pathways and rear open plan service area giving access to two vehicle roller shutter doors into the building. A gas meter cupboard and plantroom for the building has access via external doors only. The building is adjoined to other units but it is presumed that adequate fire resistant construction materials separate buildings. No breaches of compartmentation were identified at time of this assessment. Access to the Business Park is restricted to authorised personnel only via a 24hr security gate. "
