If you’re looking for a fire risk assessment in Kingston, look no further than our team of expert fire safety assessors.
Here's an overview of one of our recent fire risk assessments for a property in Kingston:
" There are multiple fire detection systems on site. The units owned by "Portakabin" are all linked together with the required detection systems and a single panel. However this panel is not compatible and does not link up with the "McAvoy" units, of which 2 have their own separate panels and detection systems (not interlinked) and the "admin" block has no fire detection present at all. The school area has one entrance and exit which has a combination padlock and is fenced off on all other sides. The assembly area in case of a fire is located on the tennis court (which is shown on diagrams later in the report). On this site there is also a permanent school building under construction with a completion date of approximately April 2017. This is not deemed under the scope of this inspection - however notes were taken for the purpose of a future audit on completion. "

Once the report has been completed your document will be delivered to you in PDF format. After the report has been delivered we will be happy to answer any questions you might have about your risk assessment.
